Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales / Telecalling Executive to generate leads, interact with potential customers, and support the sales team for solar project business.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining solar solutions, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
  • Explain company solar products and project solutions.
  • Follow up on enquiries received through phone, email, website, and social media.
  • Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
  • Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer requirements.
  • Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (Preferred: B.E., B.Tech, BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
  • 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support.
  • Experience in solar, electrical, renewable energy, or rlated industries is an added advantage.

Skills required

  • Good Communication skills in Enlish, Tamil and Hindi
  • Strong telecalling and Customer reltionship skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good Organizational and follow-up skills
