Solar Installation Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for 2 Solar Installation Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The candidate should have basic electrical knowledge and be willing to travel to project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounting structures, and electrical components.
• Perform wiring, cable laying, and system connections.
• Assist in commissioning and testing solar PV systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain installation records and reports.

Required Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Experience in solar installation preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools.
• Ability to work at heights and outdoor locations.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years in solar installation or electrical work.
